Thursday, September 9, 2010 - Domaine Lamarche Tasting, Mostly 2009 From Barrel (Vosne-Romanee - Burgundy): Barrel tasting at winery. Mostly red fruit with some black cherry hints, this is more fruit than spice driven. Presently one of the most elegant of the wines in the top of the Lamarche 2009 lineup. From three different plots, all more on the Vosne side of Echezeaux, that contributes added complexity to this wine.
