Saturday, February 22, 2014 - Opened and let it sit for a day. Sure, I sipped, but it was chewy and tight. 24 hours later it is wonderfully smooth and decadent. Light tannins, lots of dark berry and chocolate. A perfect drink for a relaxing Saturday night.
