Thursday, January 1, 2015 - A long decant is a must with this wine. Also don't serve this at cellar temp, it really wants to be warmed up. Straight out of the cellar it will be tighter than an unripe artichoke. With air it reveals raspberries, blueberries and flowers. The alcohol is noticeable on the nose when cold but not on the finish.
