Wednesday, March 28, 2012 - Everything you want in a hot-day rosé -- or a rainy-day rosé, for that matter, as was the case with us this week. Fantastic on Day 1, it actually lasted very well into Day 3, when we revisited it. Gorgeous color, good minerality, stone-fruit and lemon zest notes.
