Monday, May 20, 2013 - It's been almost two years since we've opened one of these. Earthy, flinty mineral with lemon custard, citrus, apple, salted popcorn and faint butterscotch. A little bigger than I remember but their is enough acidity and minerals to balance it out. Some saline on the finish. Good QPR.
