Saturday, December 27, 2014 - Pop & poured. Tart blackberry, notes of black cherry, blueberry, mint , tobacco & medium tannins.
Edit: Even better on Day 2. Tannins have moderated & overall balance is better. Red cherry notes coming into play now.
