Thursday, December 8, 2011 - Better as it warmed up. Nose of barrel, sea shells, nuts, rubber cement, butterscotch. Nuts, salt, vanilla on the palate. Tangy acidity. Good finish. This one grew on me as the night went on. Chilled, it was a bit too light for most food.
