Wednesday, June 3, 2009 - Sparkling Wines (Waterford Wines Milwaukee): big dark bread on the nose. hints of fruit in there, but they're not jumping out at me as we pop and pour this wine. Great weight on the palate. sugar cookie floats on the finsih. what is it with aeration in the mouth and this nag champa floral note i keep getting. Ben seems to be getting quite a bit more fruit expression out of this wine. i'm not really seeming anything, but a strawberry hologram behind a curtain made of bread.
