Sunday, January 17, 2010 - This beautiful pink bubbly is like a naughty school girl: the nose was floral and feminine, with a bit of citrus, but once you got to know her it was racy and hot with a mouthful of fruit and maybe even a touch of white pepper. Very long finish -- unlike the girl, this one sticks around.
