Sunday, May 11, 2008 - Opened as an aperitif. Lovely Pinot fruit and fresh acidity, but with a beautiful silky texture. Fruits and nuts and a bit of biscuity goodness. Perfect with a piece of prosciutto and a melon ball or some salami,. but I imagine it could stand up to much more.
