Friday, March 6, 2009 - At Alinea (Chicago). Lovely light copper color. Compelling nose of Pinot fruit, with a touch of toasty, yeasty notes, and minerals. In the mouth, racy but quite full-bodied, a lovely combination of elegance and power. Plenty of fruit that is pure and singing, good acidity, soft and alluring finish. A-
