Friday, November 27, 2015 - Pretty much the most reduced wine ever. After lots of patience and air (but probably still not enough based on how good the last sip was) a tremendously classy, rich, and clean wine. Easily the best aligoté I've had, with lots left in reserve. Decant and/or aerate the shit out of this.
