Tuesday, May 12, 2015 - Decant and drink a bit warmer than you normally might

Dried apricot, thyme, touch of pool shed on the nose. Pear, persimmon. Acid is fine. Finish is a bit weak. Overall enjoyable.

If my comments don't connect with the 91 score it's because this didn't evolve much. First sip was just as pleasurable as last. Was excited upon opening and a bit disappointed at the finish. Probably give this 1-3 years.
