Saturday, August 27, 2005 - Burgundy Dinner (Mark & Dawne's): Decanted for one hour prior to tasting. Dark ruby, very forward nose of dirt, mineral and hints of cherry. Surprisingly fruity with an incredibly dry finish. Very expressive. Will be better in a few years.
