Sunday, April 20, 2014 - As expected, this wine was well past it's peak. Still an interesting experience, though. Really oxidized, with typical almond nose of a sherry. We ended up drinking this as an aperitif after dinner. Lots of rich nuttiness on the palate, with some good acidity and still some tannins on the finish.
