Sunday, December 14, 2014 - In Toulouse. Hugely powerful nose of black fruit, smoked meats, strawberry, black pepper and a slight herbal note. Seriously concentrated on the palate and we saved half the bottle until the next day and while the nose had faded slightly, the palate was even bolder. Quite beefy which a gravely texture and nice grip on the finish. This still needs time to fully integrate but is impressive now.
