Community Tasting Note

89 Points

Sunday, January 8, 2012 - Now showing some of the character of its parent Chateau. See previous notes. Well fruited with cassis. Some lead pencil and spice. Dry, slightly astringent finish. Good weight. This seems to be moving away from the new world style as it ages and developing some of the more classic Pauillac characters and aromas finally, which I prefer. Nice stuff (88-89).
