Tuesday, July 14, 2015 - My Birthday 2015 (Pine Green): Pop and poured. Drank over 1.5 hours.
Appearance is clear, pale ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of red cherry, slight baking spice, and mild floral violet notes. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium tannins, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of red cherry, raspberry, slight spice. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Nice drinking youthful Chambolle village Burg. Nothing really special to shout about and does not have the stuffing to age. Drink up over the next 3-4 years.
