Tuesday, November 25, 2014 - Vinous, bit of tuna oil, anise, aromatic and quite powerful with light nuts/walnuts in the finish. This is an extra brut and is very dry. Bubbles faded a bit too quick, but bottle was already opened for a while when tasted.
