Tuesday, May 26, 2015 - Rich, deep purple and plenty of nose. Full flavored, with blue- and blackberry, earth, mint/menthol, an herbal component. Lovely tannins. Bright acidity provides some balance. Good length too. This was a gift from John Behler and it takes me back to our drive by the actual Papa's Knoll, with its elderly vines.
