Saturday, August 22, 2015 - Decanted one hour, tasted over 2 hrs
-nearly opaque dark red no bricking
-reticent nose gradually unfurls with air, dark berry spice
-med acidity, med weight/concentration subtle brooding dark fruit intermingled with earth but not particularly savory/meaty, med tannins
-still tightly wound up and much less approachable than the '09 Horseshoe was 2 years ago
