Friday, May 13, 2011 - Decanted about 5 hours. Loads of cherry cola on the nose, with a back drop of pepper, forest floor, and a tiny bit of raspberry at the end. The flavor profile is much like the nose. The acid could be a touch higher, and there was a little heat on the finish. It was still good, though.
