Tuesday, October 4, 2011 - A beautiful nose of cherry, raspberry, pomagranite, cola and a touch of anise. I find the palate to be full force fruit, yet supple and smooth. Long finish that lingers for a good 30-45 seconds. A touch of rawhide on the finish along with gripping mouth drying tannins. The alcohol is well integrated. The best powerful Cali Pinot I've had. Not my favorite style, but recognition must be given to the winemaker.
