Wednesday, June 15, 2011 - Impressive for big fruit pinot noir. Initial nose of cotton candy (was a bit shocking) which faded to blueberries, bright cherry and baking spices (allspice especially). Over time, we definitely noticed pomegranite on the nose. Smooth palate of bright fruits with spices. Nice finish with of strawberry and some vanilla. It kind of reminded me of dessert (??).
