Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - I enjoyed this wine a little bit more this time around (compared to when I drank my last bottle over a year ago). The sweetness has mellowed. Notes of dark fruit, earth and spice on the nose. Palate is smooth. Fruit and spice is showing on the palate and through to a lingering finish. This is still a big, in your face, pinot, but I think it has come into a nice balance.
