Saturday, July 18, 2015 - w steak on Fitch's evening. Good meal . Wine is great! Nice dark color, great fruity nose and on palate, good fruit, some tannins. Some cherry trartness but overal excellent again. I think it's a bit in dum phase right now. Keep hands off for a few years ( I keep saying that but not doing it).
