Sunday, December 30, 2012 - Medium intensity ruby colour. medium plus intensity aromas of cherry, with a touch of red plum, farmyard, leather, smoked bacon and slight sweet spice. In the mouth the acidity dominates and the medium plus flavour intensity reveals cherries, slight blackcurrant, leather and earth on a long finish.
