Monday, April 11, 2016 - Dinner at Bistro Le Steak. Popped and poured. The 2nd wine we opened, the first being a 2010 Larkmead Firebelle.

The wine seemed a little flat, I'm a big fan of the One Point Five wines, but I'm wondering if its in or just past its prime drinking window. I will be opening up another 2008 later this month, it will be interesting to see how that bottle tastes. I have older and younger vintages of this wine in the past 12 months, and this was the least impressive bottle I've had.
