91 Points

Saturday, November 22, 2014 - Beautiful dark cherries and dark chocolate, in the background creamy vanilla from the oak, nothing disturbing though. Develops constantly during the evening, becomes less sweet and more powerful, and much better. Some early maturity on the nose with coffee beans, soggy leather and damp undergrowth. On the palate the dark cherries run the show together with great acidity and fine silky tannins. The last glass, on day 2, is clearly the best which hints of a long life ahead. Not sure I'll wait that long though, really like it as it is right now.
