Sunday, July 24, 2016 - Fast forward 2 years, this bottle seems to have balanced out with a subtle nose, some earth/leather and fig. The palate now has dark chocolate, cherry, oak and some earthiness or leather. Nice taste, some heat from alcohol, and finishes with a bit of tannins and prune. Overall nicer than in 2014.
