Saturday, June 27, 2015 - Cork wet right up. Bit fusty, woody maybe touch of taint. Still deep ruby. Double decanted, drank 2 hours later. Quite a tannic wine, slightly grainy. Not unknown in '95s I think. Significant acidity too. But lots to enjoy as well. blackberry and currants, cedar, slightly smoke, warm spices. Medium length. Doubt over quality control, had badly corked previously and this tainted one.
