Monday, October 26, 2015 - Strong nose of currants, roasted meat, black cherries, violets, and a hint of refreshing menthol. Palate had dark fruit with meatiness and earthiness; with sweet attack followed by light, savory finish. Smooth, energetic mouthfeel, with good acidity, fine, round tannins, and long length. Very nice bottle of wine in a great place right now.
