Friday, May 16, 2014 - A Ledbury lunch: Quite a savoury nose. Blackcurrant with a menthol mineral edge. Rich fruit on the attack. A touch of Madeira cake (in a balanced way). Nicely balanced. Again, a touch of heat but it wears it well. Again, needs time. ***(*)
