Monday, May 26, 2014 - Another lovely bottle of aged Ridge Zin. This was all dark chocolate, red plums and menthol. Just starting to thin out a bit but still soft and plenty round enough. Got better with air over the course of two hours. Probably won't hold in this place for long so drink up.
