Sunday, September 29, 2013 - Note: This wine still has legs! We pulled it from the cellar and opened it to let it breath. We should have decanted it not to control sediment but to let the wine air out a bit. Overall, it was quintessential Cali cab still with tannic structure and a refined and austere nose but a medium and silky flavor. Wish we had another bottle.
