Friday, February 12, 2016 - Let this one warm up to room temperature first and you'll get that vanilla and cherries at the beginning. When first opened, we got sherry and wood on the palate + pepper. There's still some tannin but it's peaking about now. Enjoyable and suggest drink up within next 2 years.
