Friday, November 23, 2012 - Wine stll amazingly fresh with a good dark purple color with little signs of aging on the wine despite being 11 years old. Drank during Thanksgiving with turkey and roast pork loin. The wine had a slight sour component that I didn't remember. Still good, but didn't seem to match the meal as well as I hoped. Went well with the cranberry sauce.
