The wine remained very cloudy - almost murky - through the entire evening. It actually paired well with Chili on a cold night because of its solid spice and pepper core - but I would be very hesitant to drink this by itself or paired with anything mild. I'm not sure it will improve with age but I would not expect it to decline for a couple of years. Pair correctly and open when ready!
