Saturday, June 13, 2015 - Decanted two hours, too tart to consume, strong vanilla overtones. Re-poured back into the bottle and will cellar overnight hoping for some improvement. Day 2 - No improvement with alcohol being prominent. Writing this one off as a bad bottle.
