Wednesday, October 15, 2014 - Dark purple in color, medium body. Palate-driven wine. Black fruit and flowers on the nose. Palate of back fruit with chocolate, oyster sauce, vegetal notes, coffee grounds, dusty tannins, a bit of herbs and spearmint. I would say it's more 'interesting' than good. Unusually nuanced and savory for Argentine malbec. I can't say I really like it, but it was interesting to drink over the course of several hours.
