Wednesday, February 18, 2015 - Transparent in colour. Very finely woven in the nose. Red currant, raspberry, both as freshly shredded coulis with a bit of powdered sugar on top. Very direct and animating. In the mouth, it's also very direct, full of tension, but very harmonic at the same time, very fine as well, detailed. Long finish that is slightly tart. Grandiose, but still with potential.
