Monday, September 5, 2011 - On the nose, I found citrus and lime, floral notes, peach, wet stone and the slightest hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine seduced me with a rich yet eloquent wash of plush texture and ripe fruit. The acidity was perfectly balanced and kept it fresh and mouth watering, while flavors of peach, lemon curd and saline minerals filled the senses. The finish showed a staying flavor of pineapple on the tongue, while the sweetness slowly faded.

I am very happy to have more of these in my cellar.
