Saturday, February 9, 2013 - Exactly what I expect from a well-made Cornas. Violets, plums and game. Tannic, but absolutely melted into cassoulet (not surprisingly). More delicious than thought-provoking, but that didn't stop me from loving it. Pissed I only bought one when it was on sale for $13.
