Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Bottle showed some seepage at the cork and had a little "funk", but not off putting. Really enjoyed this with sausage and peppers. Bottle was opened yesterday, and today, it really showed well. The 09's still need time I think, maybe another three years even! This GSM is just fantastic, and every year is different, rapidly becoming one of my favorites, and can't wait until these mature fully. Not going to describe flavors, as I've been over served today....
