Monday, January 16, 2012 - A leftover bottle from Falltacular, which was 2 nights ago. Simply kept in the fridge with the cork as closure. Has a cool fennel, licorice like component right in the core of the wine. Mango, orange blossom and lemon form the fruit core. Exhibits glycerine in the texture, too. Drinking great with a spicy, zippy finish of that same licorice note.
