Saturday, July 11, 2015 - Stunning perfection. No flaws. Minimal sediment. No rim variation. Classic ruby pinot color with some cloudiness as if unfiltered. Classic burgundian nose. Smooth taste with a long finish. Low tannin and acid. Medium alcohol. Paired perfectly with cornmeal-crusted catfish, with cherry tomatoes, parsley, cucumber, and marinated red onion. Creamy potatoes as a side. This is a wonderful pinot ready to drink. Probably approaching peak and plenty of bottle life left.

7/11/2015 7:52:00 PM - I have not opened any of my bottles in some time, sounds like I need to. Thanks for the tasting note.
