Tuesday, June 23, 2015 - I think this wine is peaking, so drink up. Slow-ox'd for 60 minutes. This is a dark wine. A hint of sweetness. Some tannins. A little herbal. After being open for 6 hours on Fathers Day, the wine was a little tangy. On day 2, the wine was slightly better. There's still wine leftover. Sigh. This was purchased at the tasting room with Larry.
