Monday, August 15, 2016 - Beef blood, granite and iron note cover the palate in a distinct fashion. Black and blue fruits sneak in on the finish in the third glass. Decanted for an hour. This wine was opened a little early. Give this wine another 3-4 years in the bottle and you will be rewarded.
