Saturday, April 12, 2014 - The nose is not very intense even after 5 hours of decantation.

Coffee, tannins, a lot of cherrries, black currant and dark rasberries. Some bitter oak that is not integrated yet. This wine is still tight and the flavorprofile is a bit boring even though the wine is completely open.
