Thursday, February 17, 2011 - Glad I drank it but sorry it's gone. This was growing in the bottle, even getting a little hot, but it was full of complex flavors that went way down in the glass. Leather, spices, dark berry fruit. A luxurious mouthfeel. When young, these Taltys are a little more like a deep burgundy; as they age, they become something entirely unlike any other varietal.
